Slide the scraper carefully from the back of the tongue to the tip, using gentle pressure. Repeat two or three times. Rinse the sraper carefully under running water. Store dry.

Additional tips for oral hygiene

Brush your teeth with a soft ayurvedic toothpaste. Rinse your mouth with two tablespoons of ayurvedic sesame oil for gargling - Gandusha - for approximately three minutes, swilling the oil through your teeth in the process. Then spit it out.
