Reduces Kapha. This oil is warming, activating, smoothes the skin and is purifying. It can be used by all types of constitution as a bath oil and for head and face massage. It is mainly for those with Kapha constitution or Kapha imbalance, for soft skin, helps when dieting, or for use before sport or planned activity. A few drops can also be added to bathwater.
It is not suitable for children or babies and generally should not be used on the head or face because of its heating effect.
Rosemary fragrance. The oil unfolds its wonderful, natural fragrance when warmed or spread on the skin.

Special feature:
A speciality of these oils is that they are all from european organic production and are prepared by Hans Heinrich Rhyner according to traditional Ayurvedic criteria. Ayurveda Rhyner organic oils, which are cooked in the traditional Ayurvedic manner, do not contain any preservatives, additives with essential oils etc. The preparation takes 4-7 days and the bottles are freshly filled.
Use:
Warm the required amount of oil to a maximum of 42° by immersing in hot water. The temperature depends on the skin type and treatment. For a whole body massage allow the oil to be absorbed into the skin for a maximum of 60 minutes Afterwards take a thorough shower. To use on the face just place a few drops on the hands and apply. The oil is suitable for all body, face and head massages, foot massage and for treatments using streaming oil.
