Use:

Warm the required amount of oil to a maximum of 40° by immersing in hot water. The temperature depends on the skin type and treatment. For a whole body massage allow the oil to be absorbed into the skin for a maximum of 60 minutes Afterwards take a thorough shower. To use on the face just place a few drops on the hands and apply. The oil is suitable for all kind of body massages.

A speciality of these oils is that they are all from European organic production and are prepared by Hans Heinrich Rhyner according traditional Ayurvedic criteria. Ayurveda Rhyner organic oils, which are cooked in the traditional Ayurvedic manner, do not contain any preservatives, additives with essential oils etc. The preparation takes 4-7 days and the bottles are freshly filled.
